Captyn our New Team Management Platform -- What you need to know
Hey All
We are gearing up to go live with our New team management platfrom, CAPTYN. Here is what you need to know:
Starting December 1st, Forest Grove Swim Club will be using a new software platform called Captyn. You already have an account and it is ready for you to access! All we need you to do is enter your credit card into the new system and verify a bit of information about your swimmer! To do that, simply follow these steps:
- Please rectify your TeamUnify Account by 11/30/2025 -- This is super important as we will no longer have access to the site once we go live with Captyn.
- Your Captyn Account has been already set up. There are a few things you will need to do.
- Click Here and sign in with the email that is receiving this message. You’ll be prompted to create your password at this time!
- Click "My Account", fill out any still-needed information
- Add your Credit Card
- Add additional emails or contacts to your account -- I was only able to move one/primary email address for each account
- If you have any questions, please reach out to Captyn at: **(your email)** the help tab is in the lower right corner

- I will be adding a Login Tab on the website
- Check out the site, we are very excited about our new look!
- There is NO APP for Captyn -- bookmark the page and/or the website to login to your account.
- Captyn was made for your phone so you will find this to be a MUCH friendlier platform!
