Coach Alec Rukosuev brings a unique and exciting
understanding of swimming, triathlon and marathon training gained
through twenty-three (23) years of experience as both a
Professional Athlete and Head Coach. He studied in his hometown

distance swimmer becoming the Russian National Champion in the
1500m freestyle in 1991. He then parlayed his success as a distance
swimmer into becoming a Professional Triathlete for ten years. During this time he was

His passion and enthusiasm for
swimming is unparalleled and as such his reputation of producing
world class athletes has attracted Olympians, World Champions and
Top Ranked athletes from around the world to train under his
tutelage. His athletes
have: qualified for the 2012 Olympics, competed at the World Cups,
National Select Camp and on Jr. National teams, set 2 National
records and 19 State records, been ranked #1 (11 swimmers) with
more than 100 top 16 finishes in US. His swimmers consistently final
at Florida Age Group Championships (FLAGS); realizing 83 first
place finishes.
Coach Lera Rukosuev brings to the Coaching Staff the same type
of focus and determination that we have come to expect from the
Rukosuev Family. Coach Lera studied to Coach Swimming
at Omsk National Institute of Physical Coulter in
Russia. She graduated with a degree in Swim Coaching.
As part of her studies she had to master the theory and technique
of the Sport of Swimming.
As a swimmer, Lera won many Russian National Championships.
In addition, she won and placed Top 3 at the USSR National
Championships. Coach Lera was a member of the USSR National
Swim Team, which gave her experience with World Class Athletes and
Coaches throughout the World.
Coach Lera’s mission is to perfect technique and give the
younger swimmers a foundation for future success.
