Summer Schedule

Future Champions Level 1-4

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. (11:30-12:30pm) Athletes may come once, twice, or three times a week.  

Future Champions Level 5-8

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (11:30-1:00pm) Athletes may come once, twice or three times a week.  

High School & JO1-3

Monday-Saturday (9:00-11:30am) Athletes may come 2x, 3x or unlimited practices/week. 

Class Descriptions

Future Champions Level 1-4

(Beginner) FC1-4 is for an athlete who is new to diving and/or for whom diving is a casual but advancement-oriented focus.  This is for the beginner who is under age 8 and has never dove before.  There will be the option to compete against other beginners in meets throughout Florida.  Classes are 1 hour long.

Future Champions Level 5-8

(Advanced Beginner) FC 2 This is for the beginner who is age 8 and over with little to no diving or gymnastics experience.  Participants have the option to attend one or two days a week.  Classes are 1.5 hours long.   

High School Diving 

(Intermediate) HS diving is for athletes ages 13 and up and aspire to compete for their high school diving team.  The focus will primarily be on 1m diving.  Participants have the option to attend 2 or 3 days a week.   Classes are 2 hours long. 

Junior Olympic Level 1

(Advanced Intermediate) Junior Olympic Level 1 is for those who have completed all of the requred skills in the future champions levels or for the  higher level gymnast who wants to persue diving after leaving gymnastics.  This is for the serious athlete who is willing to travel and compete at National Championship meets.  This class will include more dryland training including strength and conditioning.  JO1 divers will be requried to attend practice 4 days a week and travel to national championship qualifiers.  Classes are 2 hours long. 

Junior Olympic Level 2

(Advanced) is defined by an athlete who dives year-round and for whom, other than school, diving is a primary focus.  A JO2 diver is preparing to dive in college.  Further, a JO2 competes at the JO level on a minimum of 1m and 3m.  Platform at the JO level is encouraged but not required.  Classes are 2.5 hours long.     

Junior Olympic Level 3

(Senior) is defined by an athlete who dives year-round and for whom, other than school, is dedicated to their diving career.  A JO3 palns to dive in college or Beyond.  Further, a JO3 competes at the JO level on a minimum of 1m, 3m and is strongly encouraged to compete JO on platform.
