Coaches and Directors

Carter Murawski comes to us with an impressive background with his swimming career. He swam at the University of Tampa where he earned a B.S. in Physics with minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Carter swam competitively for CSP Tideriders club swim team, and spent his summers coaching the Cool Dell Summer Swim Team. He also volunteered as a swim coach at Parkway West High School, where he graduated.

Jimi Kiner has been a coach of Greater Tampa Swim Association since 2001. During his illustrious swimming career at The University of Tampa (1997-2001) he was a 22 time All-American, including a National Championship in the 100 Breaststroke (55.49) in 2000. His Breaststroke time remained a school record until 2009. In 2000, Jimi represented GTSA at the United States Olympic Trials.
