Lots of Fun at the Fitter & Faster Tour at FGCU

The Fitter & Faster Tour was held today at FGCU, and was attended by about 50 swimmers.  Peter Vanderkaay, and Lacey Nymeyer, gave some great motivational talks, and spent some time in the pool with the swimmers.
