GCST & MACM JOINT WORKOUT ON MLK DAY

GCST and Metro Aquatic Club Miami, will have a combined workout on Monday January 21 at the San Carlos Park Pool at 6 to 8 AM.  This workout is for selected swimmers from the Junior, and Senior Teams. 

Afternoon workouts will be at normal times at all pools on MLK Day.
