KELSEY SWARTOUT MAKES 1ST FLAGS CUT

10 year old Kelsey Swartout made her 1st FLAGS qualifiying time as swam under the standard in the 10 & Under Girls 200 Free at the Gator Swim Club, Holiday Classic Swim Meet.at Gainesville, FL on Dec. 6th, 2013.
