High School / Middle School Meets at Frances Meadows The following dates we will have high school and/or middle school meets here at Frances Meadows. This changes our Saturday morning practice times. Swimmers in these meets really should come to practice in the morning, this will allow them to warm-up properly for the meet. Attention all parents! Lanier Aquatics is re-starting our Prep Team! If you know of swimmers 4 years old and older who love to swim and are safe in the water, LA Swim Team Prep might be the perfect fit for them until they are ready to join the team! This is also a good fit for more experienced swimmers who cannot make the 4:00PM practices for Nova/Intermediate/Advanced. Frances Meadows Aquatics Center Lifeguard Classes Spring 2023 Lifeguard Certification Classes: LG Certification classes are three day classes held at FMAC. Swimmers must be 15 years or older by the class and able to swim 300 yards, tread water and retrieve an object underwater.
