SA LC Kickoff and Bulldog Grand Slam re-caps

Tidal Wave swimmers were busy over the weekend, split between the SA LC Kickoff at GA Tech and the Bulldog Grand Slam at UGA.  Early season long course racing can be tough, with no long course practices under our belt.  Swimmers stepped up and performed well.  In total, we had seven people achieve 16 new Tidal Wave All-time Top 10 swims.  A full list of new top 10 swims follows:

8 & Under: Abigail Magouyrk: 100 free – 2^nd (1:26.29), 100 back – 7^th (1:44.21), 50 breast – 5^th (58.08), 100 breast – 5^th (2:01.74); 11-12: George Chernev: 200 back – 9^th (2:46.12), 100 fly – 4^th (1:09.54); Tyler Hanna: 200 breast – 8^th (3:01.99); Preston Hatcher: 200 back – 5^th (2:41.05), 200 breast – 7^th (3:01.41); Kasen Sweet: 50 free – 7^th (30.27); 13-14: Nikolay Chernev: 50 free – 8^th (26.91), 100 free – 7^th (57.95), 200 back – 6^th (2:26.25), 200 fly – 3^rd (2:18.63) Senior: Reagan Burton: 50 free – 7^th (28.66), 100 free – 3^rd (1:00.15).  Great job swimmers!
