1. Register with United States Masters Swimming (USMS) - Join USMS
   1. ALL participants must be registered with USMS. The cost is $75 for the calendar year (2025) plus a $20 WMST Annual Club Fee (Club Fee will be charged by WMST after USMS registration).
   2. All WMST swimmers MUST be registered with United States Masters Swimming (USMS) annually
   3. If you are already a USMS member with a different club and would like to transfer to WMST, fill out the following form online (you must be logged in): USMS Transfer Form
2. Contact the WMST Team Administrator by email so you can be added you to the system.
   1. Please provide the following details:
      1. Your USMS number
      2. The type of membership you want (Pay As You Go Swim Plan, or Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual Unlimited Swim Plan)
   2. Your name will be entered into our online billing system, you will be added to the Coaches Attendance Roster, and you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Log in to the member website with your username (email address) and password to update your profile and payment information

Your swim practices will be recorded by the coach on deck using the Coaches Attendance Roster from a smart device.  If the coach informs you that you are not on the Coaches Attendance Roster, please contact the Team Administrator: [email protected] to clear up any problems.  Members using the Pay As You Go Swim Plan will be charged by the number of swim practices attended during the month and billed at the end of the month.  Unlimited Swim Plan memberts will be charged a flat fee based on the time period they purchased and will be billed at the beginning of the month.
