• ShAC Entries
• Swimmers that have one (1) 2024-2025 Gulf Age Group Champs Time Standard may enter any event.
• Time Standard (Qualifying Times))

July 11-13 - Gulf SR Champs (U of H)

• Swimmers that have one (1) 2024-2025 Southern Senior Champs time standard may enter any event.

July 19-20 12&Under / B&under Champs (ShAC)

• ShAC Entries

• Cut-off Times:   Athletes SHALL NOT compete in an event in which they have a USA Swimming 2024-2028 National Age Group Motivational Times BB time standard in any course (SCY, LCM, SCM).  Over-qualified swimmers are subject to disqualification from the meet.  Athletes shall be fined $50 for each event in which they competed and are over-qualified.

• Qualifying Times:  None, except 8 & U athletes must have the USA Swimming 2024-2028 National Age Group Motivational Times B time standard in next shortest event to swim 200/500 Free, 200IM

• There are NO time trials at these meets.
• 12 & Under 1 BB time required 
• 14 & Under:  No Gulf Age Group Champs standard times
• 15 & Over:  No Southern Senior Champs standard times

July 25-29 NCSA Summer Championshiops (Huntsville , Alabama)

• $ 75/ Month + Yearly Masters' Registration or $6:00 drop-in.

Water Aerobics

ShAC offers water aerobics on Mondays (7:00-8:00 PM), Wednesdays (7:00-8:00 PM), Thursdays (7:00-8:00 PM) and
