What to join Swim Streamline at Northampton?

We offer four different avenues within the sport of swim
- Competitive Year-round Team
- Homeschool program (part of the competitive team)
- Sharks: Non-competitive program
- Splash: Learn to Swim group lessons
Step 2: Email our admin
- Email our admin with your program interest at [email protected]
Step 3: Set up an evaluation
- When in contact with our admin, set up a time for an evaluation with one of coaches
- After your evaluation and possible group placement, register your swimmer online
Step 4: Register online
Important Dates:
Online registration for RETURNING Members opens: July 30, 2025
Online registration for NEW Members opens: August 1, 2025
Daily prize registration drawings: Wednesday, July 30th- Tuesday, August 5th
In person registration (drop off annual team fees and pick up spirit merchandise): August 5th, 6th and 7th at the Northcrest Activity Center, (6012 Root Rd -The building behind the Northcrest Pool) 5-7pm
Team Suit Days and Equipment orders: TBD
First day of practice for the 2025-2026 swim year: August 11, 2025 (you must be registered and pay for August to join practice.)
SSAN Competitive and Noncompetitive Swim Team
1. Start of the New Swim Year
a. If the online registration is NOT complete by August 11, 2023, your swimmer’s membership will be deactivated and will not be able to participate in practice.
b. Coaches will email your child's group placement to start the season if there is a change in groups from the previous season to help you with your family registration.
2. Billing
a. Payment in the online 2025-26 Registration will be for group fees for August 2025. Note: You WILL NOT be auto billed August 1.
b. First monthly auto-bill will be September 1, 2025
c. Any outstanding balances owed to the team must be paid prior to Wednesday July 30, 2025 or will be automatically applied/added to your 2025-26 registration.
3. USA Swimming registration
a. Please do NOT register with USA Swimming until September 1, 2025. More information about your USAS registration will be emailed out closer to September 1.
b. All competitive swimmers will have to register with USA Swimming with a Premium Athlete Membership
c. All noncomptitive swimmers ages 12 and under can register for a Flex Athlete Membership, while those 13 and over require a Premium Athlet Membership. If at anytime a swimmer decideds to move to the competitive team, a Premium Athlete membership is required.
d. A team link will be provided at the end of our online registration to USA Swimming’s OMR for SSAN
e. The USA Swimming registration must be completed in order to swim at practice and meets for insurance purposes.
4. Deactivation of Membership
a. If at any point you decide to take a break from SSAN during the swim year, a Deactivation form must be filled out before the 15th of the month prior to a member’s break.
b. The deactivation form can be found on our website under the Competitive Team tab
c. A $15.00 deactivation fee will be invoiced to your account upon completion of this form
d. A volunteer fee will be invoiced to your account if there are any incomplete volunteer shifts upon membership deactivation.
How to register for the 2025-26 swim year

Step 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION
1. Head over to www.swimstreamline.com and click the desired program (competitive or non-competitive). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Register Here!” button.
2. Select a member’s training group by clicking the orange Add To Cart button. If you have multiple athletes, add all groups to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout by clicking the Proceed to Checkout popup or by clicking My Shopping Cart at the top of your screen.
4. Update/Confirm your account information, assign your member(s) to the correct training group, and update/confirm their membership profile.
5. Sign Agreements
6. Confirm all information
7. Complete your registration payment
8. Finally, complete your USA Swimming registration if needed. *Do NOT fill out a USA Registration until September 1, 2025!*
9. A Welcome email will be sent to acknowledge your registration is active and provide you with the latest SSAN news
Step 2: IN PERSON REGISTRATION
1. Make your way over to the Northcrest Activities Center any day between August 5th, 6th or 7th., 5-7pm.
2. Annual Fees and Spirit Item pick-up
a. The annual SSAN Team fee will be due via cash or check
b. Team apparel will be available for pick-up. Competitive team members will receive 3 T-shirts and a cap. Noncompetitive team members will receive a team cap.
