We will be communicating through a new app that I have called remind101. Every swimmer needs to text me at this number (870) 738-8081 and text in the message   @coachcockr

Then you will receive a text back telling you to send back your name. This is how I will contact you about information. Your parents are encouraged to text that info as well, so that they will receive the information.
