COACH LIANA - FOUNDER
Liana is the Founder and Director of Fierce Elite Athletics, LLC. as well as Cheer Director. Liana’s cheer and dance career started when she was 7 years old when she cheered for the Country Club Hills Cougars. She also took ballet, jazz, and tap dance lessons. In high school, she cheered for Rich Central High School and praise danced at her church. She attended Illinois State University where she was apart of a dance club and participate in the Miss Black and Gold pageant. After receiving her teaching her certification, Liana starting coaching middle school cheer her first year of her teaching career. For two years Liana’s cheer team advanced from the area competition to sectionals. In 2014, Liana decided to volunteer her coaching talents to MAtteson Bears where she coached for 3 years before becoming the Cheer Director. As the Cheer Director, Liana led three levels to the State Champions with each level receiving 1st-3rd place trophies! Liana believes cheer is her life and wants to give girls the same love and passion she has for cheerh hi.
COACH NICOLE - CO-FOUNDER 
Nicole a co-founder and Mini Cheer head Coach. She was a high school cheerleader and has over 10 years of coaching experience. She has a heart of gold 💛and amazing ability to teach and mode very young athletes. In 2019 she took a kindergarten through 2nd grade team to the State Championship and came home with the 🥇🏆first place title!
COACH STEPHANIE- FINANCE DIRECTOR
Stephanie’s love for cheer and dance began when she was 9 years old while cheering on her church’s cheer team and taking tap, ballet, and jazz dance classes. Stephanie was a cheerleader in grammar school and she also cheered in high school at Crete Monee. Stephanie attended Tennessee State University where she was a member of the TSU Tiger Gems pom squad and obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Stephanie holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Stephanie has been a cheer coach for 5 years and is a proud cheer mom. Stephanie believes that the lessons learned in cheer can be applied throughout life and she’s excited to contribute to developing girls that become strong and confident leaders.
COACH 
ANGEL- MEDIA SPECIALIST
Angel has been coaching for 3 years coming up on her fourth season. During her coaching career, her teams have won 2nd place (2018) in the IRCA State competition and 1st place (2019). She enjoys being able to work with the youth and push them to their greatest potential. Angel attended Purdue Northwest where she modeled. Angel graduated from Purdue with her Master’s in Higher Education. She is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and owner of Cold Summer Cosmetics. Angel is the current Social Media Marketing Coordinator for Fierce Elite Athletics and has 2 daughters that are apart of the Fierce Family. Cheer is life for Angel and she loves being able to share this part of her life with the girls.
COACH ERICA
Coach Erica is going into her 4th year as a coach. She started cheer at the age of 8 with the Richton Park Raiders and also cheered throughout middle school. She went on to cheer all 4 years at Rich Central High School. While attending a junior college,she was a traveling cheer instructor based in Pittsburgh for 2 years. She attended college at Robert Morris University on a cheer scholarship and received her Bachelors degree in Applied Health Science. Soon after graduating she started coaching with the Matteson Bears for 3 years, her teams have won 1st- 3rd place in the state championships. While volunteering with the Matteson Bears, she went back to instructing cheer at different schools around the city. She’s going into her 4th year of coaching with Fierce Elite Athletics and couldn’t be more excited for this new journey! Cheer is a big part of her life and she desires to share her passion and experience with others.
