Coaches and Managers

Coaching Staff
Breanna Collins Senior Head Coach: Warrenville

Her professional journey began at her local Palos Heights Pool, where she spent six years and ultimately advanced to a managerial role. During that time, she also served as an assistant coach for young swimmers at HWSA Swim Club. There, she developed her love for coaching—working hands-on in the water with swimmers to improve technique, build confidence, and prepare for swim meets. She was deeply involved in helping athletes set and achieve personal and performance goals, and she found great joy in watching swimmers grow both in and out of the pool.

She joined Life Time in 2018 at the Orland Park location, where she worked as a swim instructor and assistant swim coach. From the beginning, she brought high energy, strong technical knowledge, and a heartfelt commitment to each swimmer’s success.
In 2021, she transferred to the Burr Ridge location, where she expanded her impact by taking on multiple roles, including swim instructor, lifeguard, supervisor, and Lifeguard Instructor.

In 2022, she was thrilled to join the Warrenville team as the Assistant Lead for Aquatics. Since then, she has grown tremendously in her leadership journey and now serves as a Leader in Training and a fully certified Department Leader.

Swim team has always held a special place in her heart and remains one of her greatest passions. She has worked closely with Coach Shane and Coach Will over the years, regularly stepping in to support practices and meets, and playing an instrumental role in the growth of the developmental team. Her coaching style is enthusiastic, supportive, and driven by a genuine belief in each swimmer’s potential. Whether she’s helping a new swimmer master their first dive or guiding a more experienced athlete toward a best time, she brings a high level of care, encouragement, and expertise.
Her presence on deck is one that radiates positivity and professionalism. She takes pride in building a team environment where swimmers feel motivated, parents feel supported, and coaches feel like a unified force. Her contributions have helped shape a strong and welcoming team culture at Warrenville. She continues to foster meaningful relationships with members through teaching, coaching, and leadership, and remains wholeheartedly committed to the continued success and growth of the Warrenville swim team.

Fun fact about Bree, if she is not here at Warrenville in the pool, she is at the barn riding her horse Hawke, and spending time with her husband and family.
