A Senior Level 2 All-Star competitive cheer team is designed for athletes, typically ages 14 and up, who have developed a strong foundation in cheerleading but are still refining and improving their skills. At this level, athletes are expected to have a solid grasp of basic tumbling, stunting, and jumps, while also beginning to work on more advanced techniques.

The routines for a Senior Level 2 team combine elements of cheer, dance, and acrobatics, with stunts and tumbling passes becoming more complex than those seen at lower levels. Athletes will focus on executing skills like back handsprings, round-offs, back tucks, and higher-level stunts and pyramids with greater precision and coordination. The routines are energetic, with an emphasis on sharp motions, synchronization, and maintaining a high level of performance throughout.

While competition at this level is still challenging, the focus is on continuing to build strength, technique, and consistency, while also developing teamwork and leadership skills. The Senior Level 2 team provides athletes with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in a competitive environment while working on refining their skills to progress to higher levels of All-Star cheerleading.

This team is ideal for athletes looking to continue advancing their skills in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere while striving for success at local, regional, and national competitions.
