PCA is a proud member of Illinois Cheerleading Association (ICA) and follows all ICA rules. Our Coaching staff is experienced in Recreation cheer. With a Coaching staff collectively earning over 200 first place finishes at ICA Qualifying Competitions, making it to Top 3 at the ICA State Championship 6 years in a row on varying levels.
In our inaugural 2018 year Platinum Cheer earned 4 State Championships!
In 2019, PCA added an additional 2 State Championships plus 2nd & 3rd Place State Titles!
In 2020, despite not having a fall season, we did have a 6/7th grade combined team decide last minute to try to qualify for State and went on and won another State Championship!
In 2021, teams were back at State competing IN PERSON, Platinum Cheer brought home 4 more State Championships, plus a 3rd Place State Title, and a 4th Place Finalist.
In 2022, for the first time in Platinum Cheer history, EVERY team came home from State with a trophy! We had 5 State Champions, a 2nd Place State Title, and a 3rd Place State Title. Congratulations athletes!
In 2023, it was another record making year with all teams coming home with a State trophy! Our athletes had 4 State Champion teams, 3 - 2nd Place State Titles and a 3rd Place State Title.
