Amy has been with Element Elite since 2000, and is a previous gym owner herself.
Coach Aaron has been involved in the competitive cheerleading industry since 2004, cheered for 8 different organizations, and has competed as many times at the Cheerleading World championships. On top of his expansive cheer experience, he has been coaching since 2002, including owning his own gym up North from 2013-2020. He has now moved back to southern Indiana with his family where his immediate family resides, and has made cheerleading his career choice. He also makes professional competitive music for various teams across the country and other countries since 2011, as well as DJ'ing cheerleading competitions across the state of Indiana. He has had the privilege to grow with the sport and has had many mentors to guide him to the successful coach/athlete/music producer he is today.
Craig has been with Element Elite since we first opened our doors, and has over 20+ years of experience as a tumbling instructor and a cheer coach at other facilities before he came to work with us. In that time, he has taken 2 teams to Summit! He was also a gymnist in High School from 1975-1979 and a state finalist 3 years in a row.
Molly is a seasoned instructor, and has been tumbling since she was 4 years old. She has also been a part of Katie's Tumblers, All Stars, and Exhibition.
Ariel is a former Charlestown Varsity Cheer Coach, and has 13 years of experience total. In the five hears she coached, she took her team to Nations in Dallas, TX, and 3 Indiana regional and state competitions. She also works full time as an operations manager in the healthcare industry, and has two young kiddos, who also come to Element Elite.
Tori found her passion for cheer at age 14, & since then has cheered for Silver Creek & GymTyme All-Stars, where she won numerous national titles, & 3 World Championships. She then went on to cheer for the University of Louisville where she won 4 NCA College National Championships. As a coach, she has also won multiple National titles, & had a team compete at The Summit. She currently coaches for the Silver Creek Middle School Cheer team.
Chris is our former Element Elite All Star Director who has over 15 years of coaching experience! He was a Scottsburg High School Cheerleader from 2005-2009, a two time Indiana State Champ, a two time runner up, made two Cheerleading Worlds appearances, and has has won numerous National Championships as both an athlete and a coach. He bring a ton of experience to EE!
After cheering for both school and All-Star for 10 years, Rachel began coaching a youth L2 team. Since then, they have coached through International L5. She has also coached high school cheer for 5 years.
Amanda began all star cheer at the age of 3, and continued to cheer competitively up until 6th grade. She then made the switch to school cheer and cheered throughout middle and high school. Once she graduated high school, she married out for USI All Girl, where she made mat and competed at UCA college Nationals. After two years of college cheer, she decided to take a break to see what life was like outside of cheer and study abroad in Italy. Fast forward to 2019, she realized she missed the cheer world…A LOT, which is when she joined the staff at EETC. Since then, she has coached tumbling classes, exhibition cheer, tiny prep, and mini level 1.
Chloe is from Charlestown, and is currently in her Senior year at Charlestown High School. SHe has been cheering for both school and All Star teams for more than 10 years, and has a passion for helping others progress in thier skills.
This is Savannah's first year cheering at Element Elite, but has over 6 years of cheer experience at another gym where she coached a tiny novice team, and is now coaching two teams and tumbling classes here at Element Elite.
Tertius is from Champaign, IL born and raised. He cheered for 7 years and then went to iForce Allstars where he stated a coaching career in 2013 and coached there for 5 and a half years. In 2019, hge moved to Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been here for 3 years. He goes to church and worsk in the youth ministry at the church as a youth leader, teacher, and helper when needed.
Chloe has been a coach at Element Elite for 2 seasons and a cheerleader at Element Elite for 4 seasons. She has been a cheerleader since she was in the third grade and has competed at the D2 summit 3 times and UCA high school nationals. SHe has loads of experience working with young children and athletes, and has taught tumbling lessons from ages three-eleven and recently became a student teacher. Her passion is working with younger athletes and spreading a love for cheerleading!
