The 2026 Duel in the Pool will be a 2-day competition between three LSCs
at the
FMC Natatorium in Westmont, IL.
All-Star teams from Illinois, Gulf, and Indiana Swimming
will be competing
in the annual Age Group Duel in the Pool.
This long-course meet will showcase
the fastest athletes, ages 11 – 16,
from three of USA Swimming’s highest performing LSCs
and promises to be an exciting two days of fast swimming.
Only SCY times will be considered for selection.
