Exciting Enhancements to Marlins Training: Elevate Dryland & GoSwim Video Insights

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a major step forward in the development and excellence of our swimmers!

As part of our continued commitment to building a best-in-class training environment, we are proud to announce the addition of Elevate Performance Swim Academy for Dryland Training and GoSwim Technique Video Education to the Michiana Marlins programming. These additions reflect our goal to provide a premium, holistic training experience that rivals the top clubs across the country. 

🔹 Elevate Dryland will offer age-appropriate strength, mobility, and athletic conditioning designed specifically for swimmers—enhancing performance, preventing injury, and building long-term athletic potential.
🔹 GoSwim Video Insights will give our athletes exclusive access to technique videos featuring Olympians and elite coaches, bringing powerful visual learning right into their training routine.

In addition to our best-in-class in pool training program, a dedicated Mental Performance coach for the Elite, Fins Compete & Splash 4 groups, recommended educational resources about nutrition, hydration, sleep and flexibility/mobility, these enhancements are more than just new tools—they’re part of our continued mission to elevate the experience and development of every swimmer in our program. By integrating world-class dryland training and cutting-edge technique education, we’re ensuring that our athletes receive the well-rounded support they need to reach their full potential in and out of the water.

In our selection of these partners, it was important to us to find both best-in-class providers AND partners who are a strong cultural fit with Marlins and who would work with us to build programming custom to our Marlins specific in water training plans and competition schedule.  We’re excited about this next chapter for Marlins, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact on our swimmers' growth, confidence, and performance.   

We will be implementing Elevate Dryland during practice beginning next week and GoSwim Technique Video Education later in May.
