Practice Notes:
*The Elite practice Monday morning is only for college aged athletes and Fins athletes NOT attending AGS. Monday is another moratorium day for Penn High School and high school aged athletes are not permitted in the building.
There is no PM practice for Fins or Elite Groups on Friday.
Fins practices for the remainder of the season will end at 7:00. Athletes have either completed their last meet of the season or will be tapering for AGS or Divisionals.
New Prairie families use door S1 to enter the building. The doors will open at 5:45 AM CST. Please do not arrive prior to this time. If you arrive at Penn and the gallery door is locked, please feel free to get my attention on deck to let me know.

Futures
Our athletes traveling to this meet should arrive at Penn High School Tuesday morning by 8:15. Our plan is to be on the road no later than 9:00 AM. They should also complete the on-line waiver (click here) and return a signed copy of the Marlin Honor Code (click here).

You can view our entry by clicking here. If you notice any errors we can update our entry through tomorrow. If you do notice any mistakes please inform me by 5:00 PM. Coach Kelly Laneman (574-339-6076) will be the coach on deck on Thursday. She and Coach Kelly Ball (574-514-6593) will be the coaches on deck for the remainder of the meet. If you are running late please text one of the coaches. The warm-ups for prelims will be split into two 30 minute sessions separated by age group. That will be followed by a 20 minute open session for all swimmers. Here are the pertinent times for this coming weekend's meet.

Divisionals
You can click here to see our current entry (no relays yet). I have opened the meet commitment section back open through tonight. So, if you have not yet committed your athlete you may still do so. If you notice any errors in the entry please let me know. Errors could be things such as entered on a day you will not be able to attend, events entered in the wrong age group, or events missing. If there is a question about event selection an athlete will need to communicate with me directly. I prefer to have those conversations in person. I will be on deck for Fins and Splash practice Monday PM and Elite practice Tuesday AM.
USA Memberships
We will need all of our athletes that have not done so already, to renew their USA Swimming memberships. Here is the link.
If you qualify for the Outreach Program email me and I will send you the link you will need to use for registrations.

Spring and Summer Meet Schedule/Dates of Meet/Location/Deadline to commit
This is our meet schedule for the spring and summer. We may add meets if we find ones that fit our club’s needs or delete meets if there is not enough interest from our members. There will be two different dates listed with each meet The first date listed is the day(s) of the meet and the second date is the deadline to commit.
Swimmers wanting to compete will need to commit to those meets. The deadlines will be based on deadlines that were set in previous years. They may change once the meet hosts posts the meet information. When committing to multiple day meets, if the option to select the days you want is not available, leave a message in the notes section stating the specific days you would like to attend.
Meets marked with an * require swimmers to meet minimum time standards. You can view all pool locations on our website under the "Pools" tab.
