Practice Notes:
*This week's practices are reserved for swimmers who were registered with us during the summer season. We're excited to welcome all new swimmers when they begin practice on September 8th, which marks the official start of our fall/winter season.
KCC Indoor Pool Update: The indoor pool at KCC remains temporarily unavailable as the new ownership group has made the decision to address years of incremental repairs with comprehensive renovations. While this creates short-term inconvenience, these improvements will establish a solid foundation that benefits both our team and the facility for years to come.
Swanson Pool Arrangement: Thanks to the generous support of Nicole Brown and the Swanson Pool Board of Directors, we've secured practice time for our Fins Group this week. Parents are welcome to stay on deck during practice, though we'll need to secure the entrance once practice begins to maintain facility access for our team only. We'd appreciate parent volunteers to help monitor the entrance.
Penn Pool Status: As of Friday afternoon, the pool filling process had not yet started. We remain optimistic about resuming practice on Monday, September 8th..
Futures Weight Training Program-Penn High School
Once again the strength staff at Penn High School is offering a free program for all PHM students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to take a giant leap forward in their development. If you have not done so already click here to sign-up. The registration window is only open for a few more days. Please take advantage of this.
USA Memberships 2026
Do not purchase the new membership until after September 1. If you purchase it before that date you will be buying a second 2025 membership and it will expire on 12/31/25. If you qualify for the Outreach Program email me and after 09/01. I will send you the link you will need to use for registrations.
I will generate a new link for the Premium Athlete membership and send it out to our families on Tuesday, September 2.

Fall and Winter Registration
Here is the link to our registration page. Once you click on that link there is an additional link with registration information. Please read through all of the information then fill out the registration form.
Fall and Winter Meet Schedule/Dates of Meet/Location/Deadline to commit
This is our meet schedule for the fall and winter. We may add meets if we find ones that fit our club’s needs or delete meets if there is not enough interest from our members. There will be two different dates listed with each meet The first date listed is the day(s) of the meet and the second date is the deadline to commit.
Swimmers wanting to compete will need to commit to those meets. The deadlines will be based on deadlines that were set in previous years. They may change once the meet hosts posts the meet information. When committing to multiple day meets, if the option to select the days you want is not available, leave a message in the notes section stating the specific days you would like to attend.
Meets marked with an * require swimmers to meet minimum time standards. You can view all pool locations on our website under the "Pools" tab.
