Drop Request,Payment Policies​

 

New Prices 

Effective for January 2023 class enrollment

 

45 Min Classes = $92.00/month  Age 18mo to 36mo (1 Class per week)

55 Min Classes = $97.00/month 3yrs to18yrs (1 Class per week)

90 Min Classes = $131.00/month 5yrs to18yrs (1 Class per week)

 

Organization's Management Fee of 3% + $0.30 on all

• Classes at TGC are annual programs with the freedom to drop in/out at any time throughout the year. Tuition is paid monthly.

• Registration can be done online, over the phone, or at the front desk.

• The monthly tuition rates are calculated with the average of 30.42 days per month, assuming yearly enrollment.  The holiday closings have been balanced with the months having an additional day in a future months Tuition rates are not pro-rated and a make-up class is not issued for holiday closing.

 

• Tuition holds a place in a class and cannot be adjusted for attendance​

 

• Siblings or students who register for multiple classes are eligible for a discount of 15% off each additional class. (Does not include team fees)

• Military discount 15%

 

 

Dropping from Classes

 

 

• Enrollment is perpetual. Once a student is enrolled, they are enrolled until a parent contacts TGC, TBC, TVC to officially drop the student from the program.

• Parents/Guardians may drop a student from a class by submitting a drop request via e-mail ([email protected]) by the 15th of the current month to ensure billing accuracy for the following month. Deadline is the 15th of the month.  A student is officially dropped once you have received confirmation email or phone call from TGC, TBC, TVC.  All Students are dropped on there last class of the current month.

• If received after the 15th, you will be responsible for the next month's tuition fees. 

 

 

 

Makeups

 

     

• There are no credits or refunds for missed classes

 

• Tuition holds a place in a class and cannot be adjusted for attendance

• Makeups are allowed and must be completed within 30 days of the missed
  class. Parent or Guardian of student must notify TGC by email 
  before start of class to be eligible for a make up. Students must be
  enrolled at the time of makeup class redemption. Once you have scheduled a
  makeup for your missed class, it can not be rescheduled. Makeups can be
  scheduled by emailing the front desk.

Billing

• Tuition statement will be e-mailed on the 21st of the month for the following month. 

  • Tuition is due in full by the 1st of each month.

  • Tuition fees not received by the 8th of the month will be charged a late fee of $10.00.   

  • Tuition fees not received by the 15th of the month will be admin dropped from the class.

​

• A valid credit card on file for all families is preferred.  Auto Payment for credit cards will be run on the 30th or 31st of the Month.

​

• Once a credit card has been charged there are no refunds or credits for any reason.

​

• If the card on file is declined the billing contact has 7 days to update the card on file. Repeated declined credit cards will result in removal from the program.
