WVTG athletes represent Indiana at USA Gymnastics Regional Event

Indiana is represented by three young women from Wabash Valley Tumbling & Gymnastics at the USA Gymnastics Region 5 Level 7/8 gymnastics Competition in Bourbbonais Illinois this weekend.  Kalyn Alivio, Shalane Blakey, and Reagan Ealy are part of an elite group of athletes that qualified to represent Indiana in this muli-state competition. We are beyond proud of their accomplishments this season! Good luck, make amazing memories and have fun!  

Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan send their best athletes to compete in this event at the end of the competition season.  Those who meet qualifications at this event will move on to the Junior Olympic National Championships in Indianapolis Indiana.

Kalyn, her first regional competition, placed 11th All Around. What a talent...we can’t wait to see what the next few years has in store for her.

Shalane had an amazing Regional performance. She finished strong with the best meet of her Level 7 season which ended with an All Around Score of 37.375 and placing 10th in the Region.

Reagan set the tone for a great Regional weekend with solid routines on all events! We are proud of Reagan and her success this season. She bounced back quickly from an injury and was able to successfully balance Competitive Gymnastics, COA Volleyball and Track. We are so proud of Reagan!
