Our experienced coaches will provide fun and exciting games, activities, circuits, pit time, gymnastics, and more that all children can participate in!

We want to ensure that you have memories that will last a lifetime.
 

  • 1.5 hours of Private Birthday Party/Gymnastics experience!  That's right just you and your guests have access to 15,000 sq feet of fun! No other parties or classes will interrupt your special day!

  • Personal Party Professional (PPP)--Your own PPP!  Sit back and watch your children or grandchildren have fantastic fun and excitement as your Personal Party Professional (PPP) gives your child or grandchild one of their best birthday memories.

  • Games, Obstacle Courses, Mazes, Gymnastics, Pizza, Cupcakes, Goodie bags and Drinks are all included.  Parents and Grandparents of the special birthday boy/girl eat at no additional charge  (extra pizzas must be purchased for attending adults planning to eat at the party @ $6/pizza). We do allow you to bring themed decorations. WVTG is not responsible for setup and takes down of decorations .

Cupcakes are included you have your choice of vanilla or chocolate.

  2. IF you require handicap access or have children with special needs please inform the front desk, so we can make appropriate plans.  Extra staff may be needed for customers with special needs to keep them safe. Additional charges may apply.***

Birthday Party Request Process

  • Please call (812.235.9884) or email ([email protected]) the front desk for available dates. 

  • Download and fill and sign the request form and return it to the front desk with your payment.

  • $200 for 15 children;$10 for each additional child

    • 30 person limit for adults (Adults are not allowed in the gymnastics area.  Viewing is available from the lower lobby and mezzanine)

  • $50 deposit required

  • Balance due on the party day

  • Pick up or download and print the requisite number of waivers for your attendee's parents to sign

  • Every child in attendance must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.  There will be no exceptions.
