            DCST won the Woodstock USA Meet held on December 6 – 8 by 111 points over second place Sage (McHenry).  For the meet, DCST had a very impressive 146 individual career best swims out of a total of 261 swims for a 56% improvement percentage.  Individually, the 31 swimmers listed below had a great meet with better than 50% improvement percentage for the meet.
