USA Swimming Recognizes DCST as a 2014 Bronze Medal Club
USA Swimming has released the results of their 2014 Club Excellence Program, and DCST was named a Bronze Medal winner. The USA Swimming Club Excellence Program is a program that recognizes USA Swimming clubs for their commitment to excellence in performance. This program strives to meet the following objectives:
- Promote the development of strong, well-rounded age group and senior swimming programs that produce elite 18 & under athletes;
- Provide recognition and resources to motivate and assist member clubs to strive for the highest ideals of athlete performance. .
As Bronze Medal winner, DCST is one of the clubs ranked 101 through 200 out of a total of over 2,600 register teams in the United States. DCST was one of 10 Illinois teams to be recognized in the program.
