DCST Finishes 2^nd at Illinois YMCA Long Course State Championships

The weekend of July 23-25, DCST traveled to St. John, IN to compete in the YMCA Long Course State Championships where we finished 2^nd in combined scoring, 2^nd in the girls division, and 2^nd in the boys division.  DCST finished in the top three for high point in 3 different age groups, 8 & under girls-1^st, 9-10 girls-2^nd, 9-10 Boys-3^rd, 13-14 girls-3^rd, 21 & Under girls-2^nd, 21 & Under boys-1^st.

For the weekend, DCST had an excellent meet with all 49 of its 49 participating swimmers going at least one career best time! DCST had 184 career best times out of 258 swims for an outstanding 69% improvement rate.
