Tiger Training & Meet Schedules

For all swimmers, dryland / stretching is built into each group's training times. Please be on the deck and ready to start at the times listed below. Weekday morning training sessions are offered for the Tiger Pride, Excel, Elite, and National Tiger training groups. Please note that this schedule is subject to change. If you have any questions about your swimmer's training times, please contact your swimmer's coach.
