***Exciting News*** Gators will be participating in a 14 and Under developmental league this summer. This is something totally new for Gators and we're very excited about the opportunities for our younger swimmers. Gators will be competing in a series of short course dual meets along with Plainfield Community Aquatics, Avon Community Swim Team, and Brownsburg Swim Team. These will primarily be happening on Thursday evenings in place of normal Junior and Develomental practices. Gators will host a few meets, and we'll travel to the other schools for some as well. The entire series will wrap up with a Championship meet between all teams in late July. We will kick this off with a Gators only IntraSwamp meet Thursday June 2 to introduce all our swimmers to this meet format. We will also need to rely on many parent volunteers to run our home meets, and this intrasquad meet will give our volunteers a chance to have a practice run at an unofficial meet. This first meet is already on the Gator schedule, but many more details to come soon, so be on the lookout!

Finally, as we hit the end of the schoolyear we'd like to recognize some amazing athletes that have represented Greenwood Gators so well over the years. To our graduating Seniors - Braelyn Dotson, Charlie Graves, Andrew Mears, Conner Peckinpaugh, Madison Peckinpaugh, and Joe Sheets - thank you for all you have done for Gators! Congratulations on all your accomplishments, both in and out of the pool! Best of luck in the future, and don't be strangers to the Swamp!
