It’s been a fantastic start to the holiday season for our Gators, with even more excitement ahead this weekend! At the CGAC Jingle Bell Classic, we had nearly 50 athletes competing—one of our largest groups ever! And the team continues to grow as we gear up for the FRST Holiday Season Slam.

IMPORTANT NOTES + UPDATES
USA Swimming Renewals
As a reminder, USA Swimming memberships must be renewed for swimmers each year. Many of you have swimmers expiring on December 31st, 2024. Please ensure your athletes are renewed priored to that expiration date. Swimmers without an active membership are not allowed in the water at any practice or event.
Grace Nuhfer Day @ Greenwood High School Basketball
In case you haven’t heard, former Gator and Greenwood High School swimmer, Grace Nuhfer, brought home a SILVER MEDAL for Team USA from the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games in the 100m Butterfly (and finished top 8 in the world in three other events)! We’ll be celebrating this acheivement on December 20th at the Greenwood High School boys basketball game. Any Gators wearing team gear will get into the game for free!

If you placed an order for Gator Gear from the SportsPlus store, it will be available for pickup at the pool on December 20th.
Ongoing Communications
As we enter deeper into winter and the school seasons, you’re more likely to see adjustments to the practice calendar for inclement weather and school meets. Stay connected through GroupMe, email, and our website. If you’re looking to ask group - specific questions, GroupMe is a great tool for communicating with our terrific parent liasons. They can help you navigate club swimming with your athlete and are there to make sure you have everything you need to be successful.
