Matt Barley

My background in cheer started at Coffeyville Community College. There I cheered for a year and a half. During that time I made the nationals team and went to orlando to compete. During that time I realized the love for the sport. Cheer is one of the Hardest and most technical sports I have been a part of!

Years later my wife, Yuliya, and I placed our daughter into cheer here in Manhattan with Allegiant Cheer Elite. I started up a conversation with the owner Dani and then became an extra set of eyes for her the rest of that season. The years following I then became one of her coaches then the head coach of her Senior Elite Team. Totalling 4 years with Dani at her gym.

I my passion in life is to allow people to see their true potential and learn how to unlock it. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the face of someone light up in amazement with what they are able to accomplish! Coaching and mentoring allows this passion to come to life. I look forward to many great years watch all of our athletes grow into the responsible young adults we are helping mold them into!

Dani Siebenaler

My name is Dani!  I am excited to be a part of Paragon Perfomance Sports because I truly enjoy sharing my passion for tumbling and cheer with kids.  There is nothing better than seeing a child's self-confidence shine through the excitement of a newly mastered skill they once thought was impossible!

I have coached cheer and tumbling for more than 10 years and implemented the first competitive cheer program in Manhattan, Kansas.

I am a USASF Professional Member and my certifications include AACCA, CPR, and First Aid.  I served as a USASF Regional Advisory Board Member in 2015 and currently serve as a panel judge for various event producers.

Sydnee Pachek

My name is Sydnee Pachek and I am from Great Falls, Montana. I have been in Manhattan Kansas for two years for College and plan on being here for the rest of my undergraduate years, which is about one and a half years.

My cheer experience includes cheering from sixth grade to my senior year of high school. While in high school I participated in numerous competitions with my high school team. Along with cheering, I have also had one and a half years of coaching experience. The certifications that I hold right now are ACCAA, first aid, and CPR.

I became passionate about cheer because you are supporting others to help them do their best. I’m passionate about competitive cheer because it gives people a way to be creative but also be athletic, in the same setting. Going along with passions, my goals in life are to go to graduate school for psychology and then hopefully find a job where I can help others.

Jasmine Campbell

I am a Manhattan native, graduating from Manhattan High School in 2018 and currently a student at Barton Community College.

I grew up as a USAG gymnast, finishing my career as a Level 8 competitor with Manhattan Gymnastics Academy.  I cheered competitively for two years with Allegiant Cheer Elite.  I have been coaching gymnastics and tumbling for three years and cheerleading for one.  My favorite thing about coaching is sharing my love of tumbling and seeing that passion ignited in kids new to the sport.

My favorite food is candy and my favorite animal is a Panda.

Sarah Kerrigan

My name is Sarah Kerrigan. I have been involved in cheer for 9 years. I was originally a competitive gymnast, but then decided to give cheerleading a try. And that is when I fell in love with it. I cheered competitively at Cheer Xpress in Lincoln, NE for 7 years and was also a coach. I have competed in The Cheerleading Worlds 5 times. I also have had 4 years of high school cheer experience.

I am currently student at K-State, which is what brought me to Manhattan. I have a passion for cheerleading and I am excited to be back coaching. My favorite part of cheerleading is the team aspect and bond it creates between athletes. I love seeing kids work hard and accomplish their goals together. I am excited be a part of Paragon Performance Sports and help young athletes find their passion for cheer, just as my coaches did for me!
