Galaxy Cheer Dance and Gymnastics Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, Galaxy Cheer Dance and Gymnastics has established the following cancellation policy:

One Month Notice Requirement

  • minimum of a one month written notice is required to cancel or drop any class or program enrollment.
  • This notice must be submitted in a written email to ([email protected]).

Fees During the Notice Period

  • You are financially responsible for all tuition and fees that fall within the one month notice window.
  • This applies regardless of whether your child attends classes during that period.

No Exceptions

  • The one month policy is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and consistency for all families and staff.
  • Failure to provide proper notice will result in continued billing until the one month period is fulfilled.
