The Elmwood Sharks Swim Team is a year-round USA Swimming competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for age group swimmers. Our team consists of athletes in the Greater New Orleans area of all ability levels from beginner to advanced. The goal of the team is tocreate a positive and encouraging environement that allows every athlete an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to national competition. The Sharks Coaches, as members of USA Swimming and the American Swimming Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of the sport in the United States. The Sharks Swim Team utilizes the facilities at Ochsner Fitness to train in and out of the pool!
