Inclement weather update

We may be getting some inclement weather this afternoon. Please take note of the following new procedures:  

 

 

  1. 1. We do not have access to Michaels space due to renovations – if we have to hop out due to thunder or lightning, we will gather under the awning of the outdoor patio and do some swimming education discussions.

  1. 2. Blue/Makos/Tigers/Leopards - an announcement will be made by 3:30pm if we have to cancel. If we have to hop out in the middle of practice, we will be finished between 4:45-5:30pm. Goal is to have min 30 min notice to pick up athletes.

  2. 3. Bulls/Reefs/Threshers/Hammerheads - An announcement will be made by 5:00pm if we have to cancel. If we have to hop out in the middle of practice, we will cancel the rest of it. Threshers and Hammerheads – we're still working on make-up days with staffing and spacing.

  2. 5. Update and verify your contact info on the website. This will ensure you get up to date texts and push notifications in the event we need to send out an alert.
