OFC Check-in Procedures

Beau Caldwell

Team,

Some housekeeping things here regarding entering OFC – please read through.

OFC has asked that the following procedures be adhered to regarding entering OFC for parents/guardians and siblings of our athletes, or anyone wishing to enter OFC to watch or pick up their athlete at swim practice. This is primarily to prioritize safety and accountability for OFC membership, Sharks team members, and all guests visiting the club. This will take effect starting Monday, October 7.

Any parent/guardian or sibling, etc., of a Sharks athlete who is a NON-MEMBER of OFC will need to fill out a questionnaire provided by a QR code to create a prospect account. A “selfie” is also required. This applies to anyone who is entering the facility affiliated with an athlete as part of the SHARKS program.

  • Once completed, said person’s name will need to be given each time they enter the facility.

We ask that parents please be patient with the check-in process at Kidsports or the Front Desk as their name will need to be typed in and we will have to find them in the system.

  • If the parent is a canceled member we need their name in order to add a note it to their old account of the swimmer they are with

Per USA Swimming rules, practices are always open and observable to parents. We are fortunate to have OFC sponsor our team and provide a very favorable facility and environment for our team to practice – We can easily adapt to these procedures as requested.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Kind regards,

Beau Caldwell
