NU Wave Meet wrap up – We swam a great meet and thank you to everyone who participated, and for our volunteer timers. We have to support meets at UNO so we can continue to have meets there. More on performances and highlights later this week.  

NO Practice on Thursday afternoon (10/31) – Enjoy some Halloween time.  

Team store – everyone needs to purchase 1 ARENA suit during the year, and every effort should be made to purchase ARENA products first, especially with swim bags. Please ensure equipment is up to date – snorkels are probably the biggest thing missing from many of the older groups, and fins from the younger groups.  

USA Swimming registration – Please complete before the end of the week if you have not done so. Threshers & 12&U Hammerheads should register for Flex Athlete - everyone else should register for Premium Athlete.   

Event page – Please have conversations and figure out what meets you’re able to attend. Meets help athletes put more purpose to each practice, even just 1 day is OK and very helpful in development on several different levels.  

Nov 16-17 @ Crawfish – High School state swimmers should sit this one out 

Dec 6-8 @ LSU – Reefs should swim on Saturday
