Crawfish Nov Wrap-Up  

30 Elmwood Sharks traveled to Baton Rouge for the Crawfish November Classic meet this past weekend. With 3 meets over 7 weekends, and this serving as an in-between meet, a lot of swimmers were able to do something new or see improvements from things they have not swam in a while. It’s an opportunity to grow in events we wouldn’t normally swim. Nonetheless, our coaches were more than excited about our performances and growth over the past year. 

We were also fortunate to have relays at this meet for some extra swims that bring more energy and excitement around the deck, and allows athletes to earn their spot with outstanding swims.  

A new milestone was achieved– in the past 2 years, this has been our most highly attended meet at Crawfish, surpassing the previous record of 25. Thank you to all of our parents who made the commitment to the meet! We love the progress and we’re better when more of us are together!
