Upcoming practice changes 

Sat, May 17 – NO practice 

Mon, May 26 – Blue/Tigers/Makos - 7:00-9:00am, Leopards 7:00-8:30am, Reefs/Threshers 9:00-9:45am – Bulls OFF.  

 

 
LC Practice weekend at UNO – Friday & Saturday, May 30-31. Please sign-up in advance 

 

 

 

Summer Schedule – Most groups will revert back to our regular schedule with early groups starting at 4pm. Reefs & Threshers will continue to start at 6:00pm on Mon/Wed. I have not heard back about restarting OPT for older groups. Should this happen, we may readjust practice times either adding it on at the beginning or the end of the currently scheduled practice. FYI - We will have some collegiate athletes attached to us this summer, as we have the past 2 summers.  

 

 

 

Laser Tag – Thursday May 22 

Bulls, reefs, and Hammerheads will be canceled this night.  

 

 

 

Meets – Event page 

  • Please choose between Sunday, 6/1 at LSU or the entire weekend at Vicksburg 6/6-6/8 

  • End of June meet @ Crawfish 

  • July meets are posted on the website 

 

 

 

Summer dates  

Last day of practice – Friday, July 18 

Last meet – Saturday, July 19 at Crawfish 

First day of practice 2025-26 – August 11.  

 

 

Seeking new assistant coach -  

We are in need of a new assistant coach. Job advertisement is posted on USAS and Ochsner websites. If you know of anyone who may be a good fit, please pass on the job advertisement and encourage them to reach out to Coach Beau. Anyone with a competitive swimming background, some coaching experience, and a desire to grow within the sport would be a great candidate.
