Leo Wright Senior Head Coach - Boston Metro West

Senior Head Coach Leo Wright's passion for the sport of swimming started early when at the age of 7. He began swimming competitively for the Amherst Tritons Swim Club. He would later go on to swim for Amherst High School where he became the Massachusetts High School State Champion in the 50 free (2010) and 100 free (2011 ), and continued on to be a 4-year varsity swimmer at Division 1 Binghamton University in New York.

After spending time coaching at the Holyoke YMCA and at the Championship Swim Camp at UMASS-Amherst, Leo brought his coaching expertise , and his “it’s fun to swim fast” motto, to Life Time Metrowest’s Swim Team in April of 2017. After just three swimmers in his first session, the program has grown to 120 swimmers in Framingham and 383 swimmers across the 4 Massachusetts-based Life Time Clubs. Leo’s key to success? He loves coming in and joking with the swimmers, he loves to see kids have fun and like swimming, but most importantly, he enjoys watching his swimmers become not only better swimmers, but better people. Leo’s additional coaching accomplishments include mentoring all Swim Team staff across all of our Life Time New England locations (Metrowest, Westwood, Burlington, and North Shore) , obtaining Safe Sport Certification for our Club, and watching 10 Life Time Swim New England swimmers achieve Top 10 Swimmer status in the New England region.

Laura Yeshulas Head Site Coach - Burlington

Laura Yeshulas joined Life Time Burlington Swim Team in early 2020 and moved to the head coach position in February of 2021. She  began her swimming career in 5th grade as a way to get into healthier shape and it led to a life long passion. It brought her to swim 4 years at Division 2 Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, where she was captain my junior and senior years and gave back to her alma mater after graduating by being Assistant Coach for a few years. She was fortunate enough to swim at the Ft. Lauderdale Swimming Hall of Fame several times during her swimming career. She loves IM and Butterfly!  A few of her favorite things to do are spending time with my husband and 3 kids, be outdoors, work out, go to the beach, travel, and learn new things.
