Summer 2025 was a thrilling championship meet season for the Phoenixville YMCA!

83 swimmers who all contributed to a 2nd place combined team finish, behind only the meet hosts at the York YMCA!

Girls 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay were also B Finalist finishers, in addition to a Top 20 finish in the 800 Free Relay.

Boys 200 Medley Relay, 200 Free Relay, Girls 400 Free Relay, 400 Medley Relay also competed this week.

New Short Course National Meet cuts were achieved by Nathan Deeney and Claire Mages in the 800 Free, for the 1000 Free SCY event.

New Long Course National Meet cuts were achieved by Maddy Deeney in the 200 Free and 400 IM, as well as Claire Mages and Brynn Lewis in the 400 Free, 

PAY finished 20th in the combined team score for this NATIONWIDE NATIONAL SWIM MEET!!

The team was very close to achieving 100% lifetime bests in our time trial sessions as well!!

A great month of championship swimming and racing in July!!

Ryan Whitlock and Sam Verderame will close out their summer seasons at Eastern Zone LC Age Group Champs in Richmond, VA this week. Otherwise, our team now takes a well deserved break in August.
