MEET ENTRY DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes meet entries and provides the completed file to the meet administrative team

  • ​Serves as a member of the meet planning committee as requested

CERTIFIED MDSI MEET ENTRY DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • New Meet Entry Directors must attend MDSI Meet Entry Director Clinic

  • Pass the MDSI Meet Entry Director’s Online Test with a score of 80% or above every 2 years

  • New Meet Entry Directors must contact a MDSI Certified Meet Entry Director no later than 90 days prior to processing meet entries. (Email Carron Dunker for suggested mentor names and contact information)

    • Mentor will oversee entire entry process from first entry receipt until entries are turned over to meet administrative team

    • Mentor will notify Meet Operations Chair when the entry process is complete
