CLUB REGISTRATION

USA SWIMMING CLUB REGISTRATION - RENEWAL

  • 2026 USA Swimming Club Registration opens 9/1/2025
  • The Club Administrator and/or Head Coach must complete the annual USA Swimming Club Registration process prior to the end of each year through their USA Swimming Account - Instructions
  • The club will pay the Registration Fees at the time of registration

​USA SWIMMING CLUB REGISTRATION - NEW CLUB

  • Start a New Club webpage 
  • Once all required information and documentation has been gathered email [email protected]
  • USA Swimming will release the application to the applicant's USA Swimming Member Record
    • Login to SWIMS to access and complete the New Club Application
    • The application will go to the LSC Office and to USA Swimming for approval
  • Before an application can be released, the club leader applying to the club must be a current USA Swimming Member in Good Standing
  • Before an application can be submitted, all club staff and leaders must be current members in Good Standing
  • If a required staff role has been left blank, the application will be prevented from submitting
