MDSI CLUB PERFORMANCE AWARD PROGRAM

Description

Clubs are eligible for the Club Performance Award based on the criteria below. Qualification period is from September 1 through August 15 each season. The Club Performance Award Program form (to be posted) must be submitted no later than August 15 for review and award distribution by August 31.

Athlete Qualifications (per athlete)

Eastern Zone Age Group Champs (14&U only) = $100.00

Eastern Zone Sectional Champs = $100.00

Futures = $250.00

Winter Junior Nationals or higher = $500.00

Summer Junior Nationals = $800.00

Requirements / Restrictions

For 18 & Under athletes not entered college full time

Athlete is only eligible for highest level of qualification during the qualification year

Times must be swum at a sanctioned USA Swimming Meet excluding Block Party Meets

Top 8 Club at LSC SCY to LCM Championships

1st - 3rd = $500.00

4th - 6th = $400.00

7th & 8th = $300.00

Requirements / Restrictions

Based on combined scores

Must score in both genders

Club must be in good standing

Coach Achievement

Gold = $500.00

Silver = $250.00

Bronze = $100.00
