MDSI CLUB DEVELOPMENT & PARTICIPATION AWARD PROGRAM

Description

Clubs are eligible for the Club Development & Participation Award Program based on the criteria below. Qualification period is from September 1 through August 15 each season. The Club Development & Participation Award Program form (to be posted) must be submitted no later than August 15 for review and award distribution by August 31.

1. Coach Education & Development
ASCA Level 2 Stroke Clinic 2
Limited to 5 Submissions per Club
Limited to 1 ASCA level, 1 ADM track, and 1 Clinic per Coach per season
Limited to 1 Head Coach Track
Limited to 9 points per year for Clinic participation
ASCA Level 3 Physiology & Analytics School 3
ASCA Level 4 Leadership Administration 5
USAS Individual ADM Module 1
USAS Age Group Certification 5
USAS Senior Certification 5
USAS Head Coach Gold Level 10
USAS Head Coach Silver Level 8
