Approximate Schedule for the Day:

7:00 AM Doors Open for Teams
8:00 AM Doors Open for Spectators
9:00 AM Competition Begins
~ 4:00 PM - Awards

 

Admission: $5 Adults, $3 Students, 5 & Under: Free​

 

Registration

Team Routines: $20 per dancer (first two routines included, $25 per team for each additional routine)

Solos & Ensembles: $15 per dancer (Solos: $15, Duet: $30 total, etc)

Ensembles are defined as 2-4 dancers.

Registration forms are due Sunday, Nov. 26th, 2023.

Please mail checks in time to be received by the competition date.

Waiver

• Waivers will be required of all teams, signed by coach and AD. No individual waivers this year.

 

Music

• Coaches please send MUSIC to [email protected] by 9AM on MONDAY, 12/11.  Please label your file with team name, division and names (if solo or ensemble), such as: "River Falls Varsity Pom" or "River Falls Varsity Solo - Molly"

 

Apparel

• We will have limited apparel on-site available for purchase the day of as well as a pre-order store. Quantities are limited, pre-order your apparel today to reserve your items! river-falls-dance-team.square.site​

 

Concessions

• We will have regular concessions on site. No carry-ins or ordering in is allowed.

 

Judging

• Final scores will be decided by a panel of judges. The same panel of judges will score all of the routines in each division. Solos will be judged by the WACPC All-State score sheets, a similar score sheet. will be used for ensembles. Team routines will be judged by the WACPC score sheets. Judges' decisions are final. Coaches will be handed out physical score sheets at the end of the day after awards, and they will be emailed the overall tallies.

Divisions: Varsity, JV, Middle School, Elementary, Collegiate, All-Star/Studio, Exhibition*

*EXHIBITION: Exhibition routines will be given scoresheets from judges with scores and comments, and be eligible for the fun judges choice awards. They will not receive overall tally sheets for that category, or be eligible for the regular placement trophies/medals. If you would like to register one or more routines as exhibition, please indicate that at the time of registration in the questions/comments field at the end.

***If we have enough teams in a category (12+), we will divide them into small and large, based on enrollment (D1-D3 Pom: Large, D4-D6 Pom: Small).***

Specialty Categories: Solos & Ensembles

Awards

• Team Awards will be given to the top half, up to three entries that scored the highest in each style within their division.
• There will be unique judges choice awards given out as well.​

Solo & Ensemble Awards:

• Top 1/2 of solos/ensembles will be recognized
• 1st through 3rd place will be given a medal
