Parent/Tot Private Lessons - SUMMER 2023

Get in the pool with your little one and experience the water together!

  • One parent per child must be in the pool for each lesson
  • Two parents per child are welcome - we want the whole family to feel safe around water

Infants and toddlers will learn to be comfortable in the water and develop water survival skills. Parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision. 

Dates, times and registration information below

  • Available for children 6 months - 36 months
  • Lessons are 25 minutes
  • All registrants MUST use door #4 to enter and exit the Rec Center. Door #4 is located on the southeast side of the building, off of the main parking lot - see the map
  • All practices are held at the Rec Center, warm water pool, which is heated to 85 degrees (21 Elton Hills Dr. NW, Rochester)
  • CANCELLATIONS: You will receive a call or email in the event of a cancellation.
    * Pool accidents occur occassionally as we work with young children, also weather issues arise.
  • If your child misses any lessons due to illness, vacation, other commitments, etc. we do not offer any make-up lessons. Special accommodations may be made however due to medical emergencies or exceptions
  • Ratios of 1 parent/tot to 1 teacher per lesson time

10:35 - 11am or 11 - 11:25am

DAYS OFFERED:
Monday through Thursday

 COST:
$30 per lesson

DATES:  June 12 - August 20 (no lessons July 3 - 7)
  • All private lessons are scheduled on an individual basis, therefore there are no limits to how many or few of lessons you can schedule.

  1. Please review when lessons are offered - dates/times prior to submitting your request form!!  Complete the appropriate registration form below for the lessons you wish to reserve (Monday - Thursday ONLY) - be certain to include the specific dates and times you are requesting

  2. Once a schedule has been coordinated, You will receive a confirmation email that will include more information, including lesson details and a review of your swimmers schedule.
     
  3. You will receive a electronic invoice via email where you can complete your payment information.  Once the confirmation email with your lesson details has been sent, you are responsible for the payment for that total number of lessons committed to.
