ROCHESTER DIVING CLUB

• Diving practice is offered five (5) days per week.
• You can register for 1-5 days to practice per week, there are no requirements
• You can attend any of the practices that work for your schedule, however you can only attend up to the number of practices you are registered for per week. Ex: you are registered for 2 practices per week, you can attend any 2 practices throughout the week that work for your schedule.
• Attendance will be taken at each practice to track the practices attended

each session will also include an additional $8 registration fee and are pro-rated as the session goes on.

Diving Practices:

* Two seperate practices will be offered, choose which works best for you

• Winter Diving: November 29 - March 3
  • December 27, 28, 29, 30 - practice will be 3:30-5pm
  No practices will be held on: December 5, 23-26; January 2, 18; February 13, 20

Location: Rochester Rec Center
(It is a requirement for female divers to wear one piece swimsuits)

The following items are REQUIRED with registration:

• Full payment online, no refunds unless deemed medically appropriate by administration
• Registration completed on this website (www.swimorcas.com)
• USA DIVING insurance completed (Only needs to be completed once a year)
  • This is different insurance than Swim Team Insurance
  • You MUST select Rochester Swim Club Orcas as your Club Membership
  • ​Register PRIOR to start of diving HERE
  • All divers MUST at least register for Athlete for $40.
  • This registration MUST be done before your child can attend diving practice.
  • We will see your name added to our roster for USA Diving once you complete & pay for the registration with USA Diving
