​Fall 2021 - Group Swim Lessons

All of the information below is for GROUP LESSONS.  Here is information on Private/Semi-Private Lessons

We are offering two fall sessions for all lessons that are twice each week: Fall 1 and Fall 2.
One fall session will be offered for lessons that are once per week, Sunday and Wednesday.

  • Please be sure to read all the information below carefully. No special requests will be allowed and all registrations are final!
  • Available for level 1-6 swimmers, level 7 swimmers should register for Prep Squad!

LESSONS AVAILABLE:
All lessons are full for both fall 1 and 2

2 Lessons Per Week

Fall 1:   $143 per swimmer

Fall 2:   $169 per swimmer

 6:50-7:20pm, 7:30-8pm

Tuesday & Thursday
 		 5:30-6pm, 6:10-6:40pm,
6:50-7:20pm, 7:30-8pm

Fall 1: September 20 - October 28 (no lessons October 20, 21)


Fall 2: November 1 - December 16 (no lessons November 24, 25)

  • Due to an event taking place at the Rec Center on November 10 & 11 - No Locker Rooms will be available!

Sunday
 		 $130 per swimmer
(10 weeks)		 4:00-4:30pm, 4:40-5:10pm, 5:20-5:50pm

Wednesday: September 22 - December 15 (no lessons on October 20; November 24)
Sunday: September 26 - December 19 (no lessons on October 24, 31; November 28)

  • Due to an event taking place at the Rec Center on November 21st and December 5th - No Locker Rooms will be available on these dates!

GROUP LESSONS INFORMATION

  • Available to swimmers ages
    3-12, that are potty trained

  • 30 minute lessons and are instructor led, no parents are in the water

  • No wait lists are offered once lessons are full

  • All lessons are held at the Rochester Recreation Center warm water pool, which is heated to 85 degrees

  • All registrants will need to enter and exit the building through Door #4 of the Rec Center, which is off the main parking lot on the south side - see the map

COVID-19 ITEMS
  • No siblings are allowed to attend, unless they can be in a stroller or stay next to the parent for the entirety of the lesson
  • ALL children (ages 12 & under) are REQUIRED to wear masks once entering the Rec Center and they need to remain on until they walk in the pool doors for lessons
  • On deck managers and instructors will have a choice to be masked or not. ONLY those that have been fully vaccinated will be permitted to not wear masks (subject to change)
  • IF your child is feeling ill, awaiting a Covid test, is in quarantine, etc: Parents, you MUST email [email protected] prior to 2pm on your swimmers scheduled lesson day in order to be eligible for any make-up lessons or credits for any missed lessons to be arranged.

CANCELLATIONS & UPDATES: This is the ONLY communication method we use when cancellations occur. Pool accidents occur occasionally as we work with young children.
