WINTER

Available To: Anyone ages 3+ (must be potty trained)

Dates: January 9 - May 23
(no lessons will be scheduled for 3/27-28, 4/3-4, 5/9)

Days Offered:  Saturday & Sunday ONLY - see current availability below

Lesson Length: All lessons are 30 minutes and instructor led, no parents are allowed in the water

Location: Rochester Recreation Center, warm water pool (heated to 85 degrees)

Lesson details and registration information is below!!

IMPORTANT DETAILS
  • Only 1 adult per family allowed to attend lessons. NO SIBLINGS ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND, unless they can be in a stroller for the entirety of the lesson
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE ENTERING THE RECREATION CENTER
  • Parents will be able to observe the lesson from outside the pool area
  • Rec Center staff will be responsible for implementing all cleaning procedures
  • No locker rooms or restrooms will be available. If needed, swimmers will have access to a restroom on the pool deck
  • All registrants will need to enter and exit the building through Door #4 of the Rec Center - view the map HERE
  • Any make-up lessons will need to be rescheduled at least 3 days in advance. No make-up lessons will be offered due to lack of communication, vacations, other commitments, etc.
  • If your child is feeling ill, parents MUST send an email to [email protected] prior to 12pm (NOON) on the scheduled lesson day in order to be eligible for any make-up lesson to be arranged or a credit for that missed lesson.

We take your trust in us very seriously. Our staff is dedicated to working hard to maintain rigorous safety and cleaning procedures to keep our facilities as safe as possible.

We want to provide programs to your swimmers, however to ensure everyone's safety we need EVERYONE to help and make sure you are not putting others at risk during this time.  If you or your swimmer is not feeling well, please contact us and DO NOT come to swim lessons.

Cost:  Private (one person) $30 per lesson
          *Semi-Private (2 people) $50 per lesson 
          *only available for swimmers that are the same skill level

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Determine what level of swimmer you or your child is: Orcas Swim Levels

  2. Complete this REGISTRATION FORM (Saturday & Sunday ONLY) - be certain to include the specific dates and times you are requesting. April & May availability ONLY - see above for current availability!!

  3. Once a schedule has been coordinated an invoice will be emailed to you, where you will complete your payment information. Once the confirmation email with your lesson details has been sent, you are responsible for the payment for that total number of lessons you committed to

  4. Once payment for the arranged lessons has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email that will include more information and things will be finalized
